View a Purchase

View the details of a purchase — line-items, discounts, etc.

Things to Know

• The digital view of a purchase may vary depending on your Point of Sale (POS) integration. For example, if the POS system treats delivery as a line item, it will appear as one. However, if delivery is processed as an additional charge, it will not be displayed in the purchase view.

• The Product ID will only appear beneath the item label if the POS integration includes it in the Order details sent to Spendgo. Below is an example of how a line item is displayed in the purchase view:

  The top line shows the quantity purchased, the Item Label (a unique item name), and the item’s cost. If available, the Product ID will be listed beneath the item label.

View a Purchase

1. Navigate to Support / Events.

2. Use the filters to find the specific purchase.
   Note: Selecting one day and the store location of the purchase are always required at minimum to filter through the events.

3. Once you’ve located the purchase, click Manage / View
