If the wrong purchase was claimed, for this you can unlink the purchase from a member.

Navigate to Support / Events

Use the filters to find the specific purchase.
Note: Selecting one day and the store location of the purchase are always required at minimum to filter through the events. The purchase must already be assigned to a member in order to be unlinked. -
Once you’ve located the purchase, click Manage / Unlink.

Review and confirm by clicking Unlink.
