Set the acceptable delivery window for messages scheduled by your Franchise users.
Things to Know

You must have Local Store Marketing (LSM) feature enabled on your account to view and use the SMS Send Window.

The Send Window only applies to campaigns created from a Template. It does not govern campaigns created by Admin in the Campaign/Create process.

If you do not set an SMS Send Window, campaigns created from a Template can be scheduled for anytime of the day.

The Send Window does not account for Daylight Savings Time (DST), so be sure to schedule your window accordingly.
Set the SMS Send Window

Go to Settings / Advanced Settings.

Enter the daily timeframe (start to end time and timezone) which you want to allow your Franchisees to send SMS campaigns to their members.
For example, I want to allow SMS sends between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM United States / Los Angeles time (PST). This means Franchisees will not be able to schedule campaigns between the hours of 2:01 PM to 9:59 AM PST. -
Click Save Changes.
